If the app cannot read your answer sheet or shows errors such as “Can’t detect enough rows with their choices,” please use the “Send Picture” feature immediately after the failed scan.
This feature sends not only the captured image but also the detection data and scan settings used by the app. This allows us to analyze the exact cause of the problem and help you much faster.
To send a picture:
- First, try the normal scanning process.
- If the scan fails, open the Upload menu.
- Press the “Send Picture” button.
- The image and technical analysis data will be sent to us automatically.
This analysis helps us identify issues such as:
- Poor lighting
- Camera angle or perspective problems
- The page not being fully visible
- Print quality issues
- Incorrect alignment
- Marks that are too small or too large
- Camera focus problems
- Device-specific detection issues
Whenever possible, please send the actual image from the failed scan attempt. This is very important for reproducing and fixing the problem.
